Beef Tips and Gravy Over French Fries


This was a dish suggested by my hubby, and it actually turned out pretty tasty!
I sauteed the beef tips with seasonings in a pan, then I made the gravy using 4 tablespoons of butter and 4 tablespoons of flour and 3 cups of beef broth, simmering until thickened. I poured the gravy mixture and beef tips over french fries I baked in the oven according to package directions. Yummy!
