I used a box mix for the cupcakes, then I made the icing using half stick of butter, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract, 4 cups confectioners sugar and 3 tablespoons of milk. Then I dipped the tops into red sprinkles. Then I added mini marshmallows for the beards and mini chocolate chips for his eyes. The noses are made of hot tamales. Turned out cute!
