1 box angel hair pasta
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1 pound chicken
1/2 cup soy sauce
11 tablespoon Hoisen Sauce
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Cut chicken into cubes. Saute chicken in pan with Hoisen and soy sauces until cooked through. Add cooked pasta to saute pan and saute a couple minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Yummy and easy!

English Muffin Pizzas
1 package English Muffins
1 jar spagetti sauce of your choice
1 package pepperoni
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon garlic
1/2 pound mozzerella cheese
Slice English muffin's in half. Place on cookie sheet. Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter with garlic in microwave safe bowl. Spread mixture over English muffin slices. Next pour on sauce, enough to cover the muffin. Top with mozzarella cheese slices, then pepperoni. Bake for approximately 10-15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Super easy and kids will love them.

Meatloaf Cupcakes
1 pound ground beef
3 eggs
2 cups regular bread crumbs
1 bag russet potatoes
1 package bacon
1 jar ketchup
1 cupcake pan
salt and pepper to taste
Pre-heat oven to 350. Spray cupcake pan with non-stick spray. Mix ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons ketchup, salt, pepper in large bowl. Roll mixture into round balls. Wrap individually each ball with 1 strip of uncooked bacon. Squirt about a teaspoon of ketchup into bottom of cupcake pan. Top with the meatball wrapped in bacon. Bake for about 40 minutes. Cook potatoes, then mash. Top meatloaf cupcake with mashed potato "icing". Drizzle with ketchup. Enjoy!
