Revamped Wall!

Hubs decided to place an old bamboo kitchen rug that we had on the wall in our bedroom and created this display! He nailed the rug into the wall which happened to be a perfect fit from ceiling to floor. He was able to hang the pictures with nails through the bamboo-I love it!

Making Reindeer and Wreath Cookies

Mae came over and we made Christmas sugar cookies! They came out super cute and equally delicious. We bought store bought roll sugar cookie dough, then flattened them out. Once they came out of the oven we endented the sides to be shaped like a reindeer head. After they were cooled, we iced them, and used pretzels for their antlers and M&M's for their eyes and red noses!

Happy Halloween 2012

This year was Hudson's first Halloween! He was an elephant. Brayden wanted to be a character from "The Swording Game" aka-the real name Castle Crashers, so we did the best we could at replicating, and he still ended up looking like a power ranger! haha...

Tilapia Fish Tacos!

Saute the Tilapia with butter in a skillet, seasoned with salt, pepper and Cavenders All Purpose Greek Seasoning. Use flour tortillas, spread a spoonful of whatever sauce you like (I only had Caesar dressing, and believe it or not, it actually worked nicely!) Layer with tomatoes, your fish, and avocado. Seal the tortilla and there you have fish tacos!
