Flat Meatball Sub


Mix 3 eggs, 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs, salt, pepper and Italian seasonings (to taste), 1/2 cup ketchup and 1 1/2 lbs of hamburger meat. Make into flat patties, saute on skillet until brown and cooked all the way through. Add to any bread you prefer and top meat patties with provolone cheese. Use marinara sauce as a dipper!
