Of course the water was freezing! But we had so much fun and the kids didst care, they jumped right in! We even hung out with our neighbors, Marcia, Brian, Brayden and Mason!

We had a great Easter at the lake! It was colllld though! Brr! It still didnt dampen our festivities or our egg hunt! Not to mention we stuffed ourselves silly with amazing and yummy food!

Since the day was raining and cold, our egg hunt fun at Magnolia Plantation was a bust-BUT, we never let a little rain stop us! So we went to an indoor egg hunt and party in West Ashley. The boys got to sit on the Easter Bunny's lap, and do arts and crafts!
Then once we came home and Emi left, Brayden got egg silly putty all over his head! It was tough to get out!

Amazing Smothered Chicken Sandwich
This is a creation made by my hubby that he found at a restaurant downtown. He took sub rolls, toasted them with butter, then fried chicken breasts in a pan with breadcrumbs, seasonings and oil. Then he took a simple white gravy mix from a box and coated it over the chicken. The result is absolute Heaven!
