This is a creation made by my hubby that he found at a restaurant downtown. He took sub rolls, toasted them with butter, then fried chicken breasts in a pan with breadcrumbs, seasonings and oil. Then he took a simple white gravy mix from a box and coated it over the chicken. The result is absolute Heaven!
