The Finished Product!
Hard at Work!
I didn't feel bad taking this snapshot of the team, because after all, I did purchase some pictures!
I bought hand made (but purchased) meatballs. Then I had store bought (the trend is going for easy here) jar marinara sauce that I added to a casserole dish with cooked spaghetti. I used 3/4's of a box. I would use 2 jars of sauce so it doesn't dry out. Then I added shredded cheese to the mixture, mixed it up really well. Then I added shredded cheese (mozzarella for both parts) on the top-then added the cooked meatballs that I cut in half for more volume. Easy enough! Bake in the oven at 350 for about half an hour or until the cheese is gooey and melty.
Gotta take life in pictures so we can remember when they were wee enough to fit on our laps (and wanted to.)
Well, I asked Hudson where he was going, and he said "Tony House." Ok buddy, it's gonna take you a while-so good luck!
This is sooo easy and yummy. All you do is take a box muffin mix, it doesn't even have to be chocolate chip, it can be any flavor. Mix it according to box instructions. Heat up a waffle iron, pour spoonfuls of the mixture into the waffle maker, then press, then-wah-la! You have chocolate chip muffin waffles!
This is our neighbors cat, but sometimes we play with her, and we have named her "Sunshine."
My kid is screaming because I wouldn't let him play with the raw hamburger meat I was using to cook the dinner.
First dessert made in the New Year!
Take a box of sugar cookie mix, mix together according to package instructions. Add a spoonful (tablespoon) of sugar to the mix. Roll out into balls a few inches apart on the cookie sheet. Take the bottom of a glass rimmed in brown sugar, press into cookie dough balls, bake in oven on package directions! Easy and delicious.
