First dessert made in the New Year!
Take a box of sugar cookie mix, mix together according to package instructions. Add a spoonful (tablespoon) of sugar to the mix. Roll out into balls a few inches apart on the cookie sheet. Take the bottom of a glass rimmed in brown sugar, press into cookie dough balls, bake in oven on package directions! Easy and delicious.
