It's still raining and dreary out. We needed a pick me up this morning! I made these cute ghost pancakes for the kids to enjoy. They thought these were a hoot!
I just used box mix pancake mix and spooned a circle onto the hot griddle and then formed a "tail" at the bottom to form the ghost shape. Once I took them off the hot griddle, I placed three chocolate chips, two for eyes and one for a mouth on the hot cakes and they melted right in. Adorable!
