Beef and Cheddar Cheese Bake


My 7 year old had FOUR helpings of this. So you know it's good. 

I browned a pound of hamburger meat in a skillet with onion, salt and pepper. I drained and placed asside. 
Then I boiled a box (12 or 16 oz) of elbow macaroni. Then I mixed the two together. 
Then I placed the mixture into a 9x13 baking dish. Then I poured 1/2 cup of beef broth over the mixture, and sprinkled about a cup and a half of cheddar cheese over that. I baked in a 350 degree oven for about a half an hour or until the cheese was browning and bubbly. Delicious! Quick easy weeknight meal.
