Since it's not quite cool enough yet outside to have a hot pumpkin flavored beverage-but we still WANTED a pumpkin flavored beverage, we made pumpkin pie milkshakes!
We just mixed in a blender:
3 cups ice cream
2 cups milk
1/2 cup pumpkin pie puree
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
Mix it all in a blender and there is your yummy drink! This would be yummy too with whipped cream on the top as a garnish!
