Well as a tribute to the last day of summer AND the first day of fall tomorrow, I made hot chocolate (for the Autumn part) smore (for the summer part) cookies! They were so easy you'd scream.
1-take a package of snickerdoodle cookies and bake according to directions. You may need eggs, oil, etc.
2-Cook the cookies in the oven according to package directions.
3-take a Hershey's chocolate bar broken up into pieces and place them on top of the cookie. Then place a large sized marshmallow on top of the chocolate. Bake cookies an additional 3 or 4 minutes just to melt the chocolate and brown the marshmallows. These were so yummy!
